In order to improve the quality level, Sakai Chemical has established and operated a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the international standard ISO 9001 (JIS Q 9001), and has obtained certification. We have also established a Quality Assurance Department at each production site to ensure independence of quality assurance operations. We are working to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing quality reliability and responding promptly and accurately to customers' advanced quality requirements.
