Beware of suspicious e-mails claiming to be from ourexecutives

We have recently received reports of email messages being sent to several of our business partners from a person claiming to be a director of our company proposing business transactions. We have confirmed that these email messages were clearly not sent by a person related to our company, but rather by a malicious third party.
If you receive any suspicious email message, please do not reply to the email message in question, but contact our Human Resources & General Affairs Department as soon as possible.
We have already reported this matter to the police.
